Phato Safari Zone

The Safari Zone is a special area in many Pokémon games where the normal rules of wild Pokémon encounters are changed: you cannot use your Pokémon in battle and instead must use a special mechanic to try to catch wild Pokémon. It’s usually accessed by paying an entry fee (or fulfilling certain conditions) and then you roam through the zone under special restrictions.
